Location Services

I don’t understand why I need to turn on Location Services to order. I feel uncomfortable doing that, especially since I’ve favorited my store. It’s not something required of other coffee shop apps. I should be able to select any store exclusive of my mapping to order. Please update this promptly. It strongly dissuades me from ordering.

A bit clunky…

Trying harder to shift away from Starbucks but am having some problems with this app. A big issue is that I can’t select different / larger sizes in most drinks or make adjustments. Please fix.

Great coffee shop

I love this coffee shop!! Fabulous staff and the coffee and food are always top notch!

App stopped working on phone

It might be a blessing in disguise since I'm saving money by not using the app, but it stopped working a while ago. Every time I try to view my order the app crashes.

Best Hot Chocolate

I enjoy a well made, excellent flavor in a hot chocolate drink. I’ve been to many of the baristas that provide this and without question Sweetwater’s is so much better than anywhere I’ve been in the Chicagoland area. Also I think it’s worth saying that the attitude and level of service here exceeded all My expectations. The large coffee shops chains have lost to customer/client appreciation. Not at Sweetwater in Naperville.

App crashes after clicking view cart. Unable to complete a purchase.

Allergic to milk

No option for oat milk.

HAS APPLE PAY OPTION

Ordering is as easy as it should be.

I love every drink I try here - the service is great , consistent, and this location is always quick, always delicious. My go to for coffee in Ann Arbor. My favorite drink is the Mint Julip!

No activation emails

App says account is already registered and it will send an activation code. It never does, even if you check spam folders.
