Don’t Receive Confirmation Code

If you want to change your password and you use your phone number to receive the confirmation code, you don’t get the code.

Cannot sign in

Tried to create an account to order online. Does not work. Just crashes.

Very easy to use app and very accommodating café staff and owners!

Great coffee, easy to use app

Coffee and service are great, just wish online ordering was a little more customizable. I don’t like my drinks super sweet but there’s no way to change the pumps of syrup or flavoring in a drink. If I order in person I usually ask for half sweet, but there’s no option to change online or place to add notes.

Account suddenly nonexistent??

The app worked fine but since updating my user data is gone... it logged me out and says my account doesn’t exist when I try to login... even on the desktop I cannot login...

please fix this issue because I can’t order or use my rewards now :(

Unable to sign on or recover per since app update

I’m a regular customer and user. Tried to open the app for the first time since your update which was identified as occurring 2 days ago. Tried to recover password using both the email and phone number associated with my Sweetwaters account. When I ordered in person and clicked the link in the text update I received regarding my order my phone number and email are recognized. But not in the app.

I deleted the app. Downloaded it again. Same issue. I can no longer order ahead - which is needed in this current environment.
