Piece of *hit
This app is a total piece of garbage. Funding source and getting a Visa card to work is infuriating. Also, why have Apple Pay even listed as an option if the app doesn’t support it.
Terrible App
This app does not work. Says the zone I’m parked in is “invalid”.
Will not accept payment
Keeps giving an error message saying that the payment did not go through even when trying multiple forms of valid payment at different locations on different times and dates.
Worst Parking App
Bring back Passport! This app is terrible. It won’t let me pay. It says, Set Up Payment, but when I enter my card info, it says Card Already Found…but there’s no option to use it. When I click Apple Pay, it says Park Oak Park does not accept Apple Pay. Why is it an option then??
Doesn’t work and steals money
I talked to Park, I got multiple error messages that it would not accept payment of any sort even after re-entering it multiple times, so I went to the kiosk to pay. And then I still got charged from the app. The contact us page refuses to load and says Internet is not available, even though it is.
Not a Good App
Stick with the Passport app. This app doesn't take Apple Pay nor any of my cards, so I'll go ahead and pass! No thanks.
Useless
Like the Village of Oak Park, app is broken and doesn’t work.
Worse than useless
While writing a branded overlay to the Passport parking app would probably be a pretty bad use of village funds, doing so while also breaking the core functionality of an app designed to take payments AND NOT FIXING IT FOR A YEAR is pretty much the worst.
Payment doesn’t work
It wouldn’t take Appke Pay or credit card. I’m assuming they want you to but their $25 parking card. Well I’m not in Oak Park that often, so no. Terrible scam

Adding card information doesn’t work nor does ApplePay work. With no option to pay, then this app is useless.
