App is not Ez to use
I bought an all day bus pass at 12:33 am and it didn't show up in my tickets I had to argue with a bus driver even though I showed him proof of purchase through the ticket history? If it was for another passenger who defended me I would not have been able to ride the busOversight24
Horrible
I had a balance of 5.75 of the app and it took the money out my bank account. To top it off customer service is horrible, the number is disconnected and whoever is handling the emails is of no help. How do I get my money back?Kumo.nuvolo

Overrides brightness settings.
Why does this app constantly change my brightness settings? I understand it while the ticket is displayed, but change it back afterwards!DonaldH734
Glitched
I haven’t been able to use this app for the past 4 months I don’t know what’s wrong but my screen is always black and I can’t make transactions for a tickets so I’ve been having to pay with cash on the bus which is annoying when I have money on a cardAngelMcAllister
Issues
For the past three days I downloaded and deleted this app multiple times for the same glitch to occur. I’m frustrated because I bought a monthly pass and can’t use it because the app is glitching no matter how many times I’ve redownloaded.
