Fix the app!!!
I cannot count the amount of passes I have because it lags and skips back and forth. You see the app has bad reviews so please do something about it!!! Why make an application the everyone has to use on a daily basis and not update it consistently? Also please allow people to to buy more than 3 passes like seriously this is ridiculous. I cannot believe RTA got rid of their own app (that was working PERFECTLY FINE) and decided to use this.Show lessTayboyberry2
So Convenient
The app has been a game changer for me! I don’t need to carry cash anymore, I just load funds onto my account and buy tickets as needed. It’s a great option to have! 👍CK_27

Horrible app, horrible busses
Horrible UI, and horrible setup. Also sometimes it literally takes a week for the transaction of buying a bus ticket to not be pending in my bank account, so thats always fun. And then i just hate RTA so anything associated with them is an automatic 1 starfgkdbc
Refuses to let me purchase a ticket
I’ve used this app for months and today of all days it decides that it doesn’t want to sell me a ticket I’ve tried multiple cards, relaunching the app, and logging out. Now I’ve missed my bus because I can’t purchase a pass.Captcrunch

No use of the password manager no use of autofill anywhere no Apple Pay no using the credit card wallet this is absolute garbage company who makes this I am a softer developer please call me I’ll fix your appJrwren
