EZfare is such a great app! I love that I can buy tickets straight from my phone and add funds to my account. And if I want to use cash all I have to do is go to one of the participating stores and they will load cash onto my EZfare account.dbsud
Apple Pay Not Working
I ride GCRTA and they switched to this app with Apple Pay as an option. But the Apple Pay option does not work!Areia B.

Nothing EZ about EZfare
I was NEVER able to get my WageWorks (MasterCard) to successfully buy an AATA 30 day pass. EZfare support wa no help all. Be warned!yutthku

Cincy EZ ride was a better App
Just like our public transit system, this app is inefficient. It does not and every time I try to open it there’s some network error. I’ve tried relaunching it several times and still nothing. This never happened with the Cincy EZ ride app.TaTa Vega
Was Great
The app was great, but it now shuts down every time I activate a ticket. I have to keep relaunching the app to show the driver the activated ticket.lebelacheliebe

You really have to spend three dollars even if your getting on one bus and only need one bus ride GIVE US THE OLD APP BACKJANELS IPHONE
Won’t open
App randomly won’t open. Needed it to purchase a bus pass to go to work. App never worked so I missed the bus. Will be deleting app and just paying cash.idontcarepostmyreview
Transaction errors
This was a frustrating first experience. It took much effort- retrying, logging in and out, calling bank, deleting and reinstalling app- to finally figure out I’m not able to make a purchase of more than quantity 2 in multiple passes. This would have been nice to know up front.Nitro3699
