We booked a table for 4 and our dog Cody to watch the England Denmark game.
The team were so welcoming, had water, treats and blankets ready when we arrived and made such a fuss of Cody, even adding him to the Paws of Fame. Drinks and Food were great as always. Highly recommended :-)

App is ok, but clunky but works and does what it needs to.
Updates on orders through push notifications.
EFP discount applied too which is nice.
Main issue is tips are applied automatically and difficult to remove. A bit too sneaky for my liking to be honest

Seriously guys. Sydney Eveleigh has been open for ages. Why can’t you add it in here? They already have QR table ordering (BUT my discount for being a shareholder doesn’t work that way). Fix it now please.

Not updated with Australian locations
Tried to send me to Columbus, OH. Pretty sure my beer will be warm by the time it gets to Sydney, NSW. 😖
Doesn’t work
the app shows NO outlets in Australia. on the website I was promoted to get this app to order beer. what’s the point…?
Apple Pay
Didn’t get the option to simply pay with Apple Pay when checking out to order in a pub… the indignity of having to get my card out. I am sure the dev team can make some magic happen!

Great app concept could learn from other delivery apps
I’ve used this app twice now. The first time there was an issue with my order and a couple of items were missing (the brewdog team were very helpful), it would have been great to have an option in the app to report problems natively (much like Deliveroo for example).
The user interface is nice but has a couple of rough edges, I wouldn’t say the design of the interface is a problem but it isn’t quite perfect (who is?).
It would be great if the order tracking was a discreet part of the app instead of being external but I understand that the current solution is most likely more affordable for a smaller company.
All in all I think this app is great, brew dog is providing a service unique in the brewing industry and have done a good job of implementing their concept given their scale.
I would absolutely recommend this app if you’re looking for great beer delivered straight to your door. Beer is best in a pub with friends but cuddling up in-front of the telly with some is a close second.

The website is better
There is more functionality on the website than the app - which is a bit irritating. For example Apple Pay isn’t an option on the app, but if you use the website it has it.
