Great service and super fresh beer
Used twice in the last few days and think it’s brilliant. Beer is really fresh and delivered within the hour. Also like that there are low alcohol options. Definitely one of my favourite new apps
Easy to use and always delivers!
I’ve used the app numerous times. It’s far better than buying beer from typical sources. The beer’s crisp and fresh and is second best only to a freshly pulled pint in my local Brewdog. I’m praying you’ll be open soon. Until then, Drop Hop’s my go to for a tasty range of fresh, delicious beers.
Shame delivery and pick up are not widely used
After a dab experience trying to log in I manage to finally log in with my existing BrewDog account. Is a shame delivery or pick up is not an option for more bars. The app functionality and UI seem far from great so far. Will be updating as I use the app more.

Really useful to skip the queue at the bar and have your drinks delivered to your table. Such a convenient feature of the app.
My experience of using the app to order food isn’t always as successful. I can think of three times I’ve ordered something only for it to be rejected some time later. Once it was about 40 minutes after I’d ordered!
Sometimes it’s because certain items aren’t available, sometimes because a chef wasn’t scheduled at that time. That’s fine, but it should say in the app if something isn’t available at the time and not allow you to place the order.
It wouldn’t be difficult for the staff to update their end to say if something has sold out.

Solid app. Does the job
Nice to see brewdog getting an app. Catching up with Wetherspoons finally ;)
Would be nice to have a search bar when you tap food instead of having to go into the food category first.
