Brewdog
I love the brand, I love the beer and I love the ambiance and staff at all the Dogs I visit. BUT the app is so bleeding difficult to use. I have three different app options, I have to check in with email and password each time. Why can’t the app recognise my account when I log in (from iPhone) I’ve used slicker apps at local bars / breweries in the depths of deepest Portugal! Ssssssooooooo frustrating

Lovely food and great atmosphere
This is our second visit and yet again we were blown away by the food, service and cleanliness. Highly recommend.
The best discount app on my phone
It has now become an habit for me to go the bar and pay for the goods using the app. Only way to get the shareholder discount without looking like a diva. Works for me!
Need to be up to date with what’s on tap!
I was in the Poland St Bar Soho and had wings for the first time since lockdown and …. They were still awesome 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 sadly I was on my own and used the app, but….. the beer that was on the menu, was not on the app, and the cues were sooooooo long that I had to choose what I was on the app. This is the only reason for the mark.

Brewdog is back
We’ve come so far! Works perfectly, and I’m so glad that Brewdog is back in action for the spring of 2021.

Order at table doesn’t seem to work very well right now. Possibly teething problems with the new service. My internet connection is fine - I downloaded the app and wrote this review using the same network

Good app with limitations
Brilliant app for ordering, however it is limited in allowing changes.
The wife loves the Chicken burger without the hot sauce, however there is no option to remove that on the actual selection. You’ve to add it into the additional information at the very end and hope they see it!

The concept of delivering is great and the app is super intuitive ... but unfortunately don’t expect your delivery at the given time. It’s a rough estimate (although you’re not told that) - which completely defeats the purpose. Phoning the bar is apparently an inconvenience (to them) too ... maybe they’ll make a clever beer name out of the poor customer service ...

Love the beer, but the app is useless
Brisbane, Australia based - and it will not find my local at Murarrie - it suggests my closest is in the EU. I’ve been in half a dozen times during COVID19 and I’ve given up using this.
So the beer rates well, I’ll keep drinking Elvis Juice and Hazy Jane. Just not as often.

Beautiful Beer and Food on demand ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
This has been such a great thing for me and my family. After working a day in the NHS I have been able to order pizzas and beer and bring it home to enjoy. The App itself is so easy to use and with a few clicks my order is placed. Well done BrewDog - five stars all round ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
