Borderline inappropriate
I almost never leave app reviews so it takes a lot for me to leave a one star review, but I think it’s worth warning folks away from using this.
Delivery fees are all charged on a steep percentage basis, which generally means they rack up very quickly. That’s whatever and probably expected for vail, the inappropriate thing is having a driver come, enter my apartment, and refuse to leave without an additional 20% tip. Either there’s a rip off happening, or the drivers are getting shafted by whomever is running this app who are collecting insane fees, or both. Regardless, the steep prices plus intimidating driver behavior leaving me deleting this appShow lessalex.otto
