Broken app
Trying to set up the app before I head to Yosemite. Attempting for a week, but can’t get license pics to save and entering license ID is only showing numbers and no letters. With strong WiFi at home and this isn’t working, can’t imagine it will work in the valley with spotty coverage. Great concept though, seems to be poor execution.Andrew B Sf

The bike unlocked but was beeping the entire time. Also apparently you can’t park in curry village which is the busiest place in the Valley, what’s up with that?Lauren00070

Couldn’t get it to work
Spent 30 minutes trying to unlock a bike. No luck. No one at Camp 4 had answers. No one answering at the customer service number. What a waste of time.MLB94110
Less than 10% of the bikes work!
Of the 15 bikes at camp 4 we only could get one to work, this is an extremely nice service but would be nice to actually use it, the app is also very glitchyTanner46
