Beautiful but short, & desperately needs a continuation
I loved this game so much! I played using iPad Pro & experienced none of the bugs others had mentioned.
The graphics were beautiful, gameplay controls were smooth, & the story was gripping — although, my only disappointment was how it ended. It was so sudden (it only took an evening to complete), I had unanswered questions (what were those marks on the whale’s back?), & to end where it did was kinda depressing (to just sum it up in an end animation kinda felt lazy & rushed)… I would’ve enjoyed a few more sciency bits too — like comparing identifying marks with photos to ID the whales, pairing whale sounds with behaviours to find their meaning, perhaps some photography missions, etc.
Obviously the dives were the primary game… But I would’ve appreciated some extra bits too, to draw out the game. Perhaps even some further investigation with regards to the illegal mining & exposing them; or how we help the whales when toxins are in the environment; or more information about how ocean discoveries can help people (e.g. treatment for illnesses, etc). I don’t know? Something. I just feel like it had potential to give so much more, & it was cut off too soon.
But regardless, I enjoyed it, & I learned a few new facts about some cool animals. I even enjoyed the extras (the videos), found them interesting. I really do hope a continuation comes out at some point though 😊

Crashes
I can’t even play it, as soon as I start the game for the first time and is loads to the first actually time you get to play and move your character it just crashes out every time. Really wanted to play this, this is a EXTREMELY HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

AMAZING
I want to start by saying this is my first ever review
This game is amazing it was a hidden treasure of a game i was looking at Apple Arcade games a i came across Beyond Blue and I was so happy I did the game is fun relaxing and educational I learnt
About the ocean and the animals and life in the ocean and the soundtrack is amazing the story is wholesome as well a must play
I would recommend playing with a controller

Crashing
Won’t let me play because It keeps crashing when the first level begins. Made sure I have room on my iPad first but still crashing. Would love to actually play this game and change my rating when it works.

Supper laggy
It seems magnificent but I can’t even play it before it crashes and I have an iPhone 15 which should be able to handle a game like this.

I LOVE THIS GAME SO MUCH!!
This game is great, You get to learn, you get to explore and it’s just wonderful to see all the creatures while on missions.
You can learn a lot
By what I mean by learning, you can learn about new fish you probably never heard about. It’s awesome how you can just see the title it’s. Just unbelievable how amazing it is and realistic, and how fish act look whenever you get close to them they run away I mean swim if you’re having a hard time being frustrated this is the perfect game. You can figure out which fish other fish are and it’s just so amazing hopefully a lot of people get into this game and play it. It’s awesome and friendly for mobile developer had a big mind of their own I think they’re very smart. They have great ideas to share everyone well not everyone very intelligent.

Getting Kicked out
I have not been able to play this game at all so far, however it by far seems to have beautiful graphics, but when I first got Beyond Blue I had the game initially on my tv, which is relatively old so I get why it kicked me out, but then I loaded in onto my ipad, which is only 1 and a half years old and still works fine with anything else and it just kicked me out, without letting me begin the game.
If you could fix this I think many more players could come and be able to play.

Beautiful little game
Stunning beautiful short game that I thoroughly enjoyed the past 24 hours playing!! I’m a quick gamer and I really enjoyed this game so completed it quickly but not before falling in love with it!!! Definitely would love more of this and definitely tempted to check out their other game especially if it’s anything like this one!!!

Crashes
I can’t even get through the entire intro without it crashing. Updated my phone and still it’s crashing. Really upsetting because I was really looking forward to playing
