Good, but I have a suggestion.
In my opinion, this app is pretty good. It’s easy to use. However I do have a suggestion. My suggestion is to add a selection tool or a lasso tool. Having this can have easier organization, like if you need to add something, and you have to squeeze it into only one page. But I really like this app.jqrdybee

Legal pad - my favorite
This is actually one of my favorite apps to use when I open my iPad. I'm someone who uses legal pads to organize my thoughts and tasks. I'm always a mess with all my thoughts spread across various pages about my desk. This app makes clean of a normally messy environment. I love how you can go back and forth between pages. The only reason I don't give it a five star rating is because I don't very much like that very blue strip at the top. I wish I could at least change its color. Finally I can vent in my own handwriting.
I’ve always wanted to keep a journal but I always found myself unable to keep up with the task of writing in it everyday. With Pen & Paper app I am finding out that there is nothing difficult about keeping a journal.LilAFanjel
Great app and platform
Really nice and simple UI. I love how it’s free. Others are “free” but you can’t add more than 2 workbooks or more than 10 pages until you pay for the premium. With this app, there’s no nonsense. Can use ruled or graph paper. Still new to it but I really like it.Good Stuf!!
I LOVE IT but...
I love this app its exactly what i needed considering it free. Originally i wanted good note 5 but i didnt want to spend the money so i decided to give this app a shot and boy am i glad i did!! The only thing is that i wish i could do is zoom in and zoom out and move it to the sides but other than that the app is great!! Totally would recommend!!!Show less👁❤️🟡
Good, could be great
I do like this app a lot for handwriting notes. I use it for designing hand knit sweaters and keeping track of other hand craft projects.
The good:
No ads!!!
Easy to use
Plenty of pen options; sizes, colors, & styles
Page format options: plain, grid, lined
A couple of things could move this app from “good” to “great!”
1) rotating capability. Sometimes I need the page landscape instead of portrait.
2) ability to re-order pages in a notebook
3) optional keyboard
4) ability to reduce size, move, or hide the toolbar
And the last is a big one for me
5) ability to cut and paste a section of writing within a notebook or page.
I haven’t found anything else as good as this app, especially without a ton of ads bombarding me. While I’m super happy this app is free, I would gladly pay for an app that meets all my needs. Until then, this one wins, hands down.Show lesscasgamer78
Best App that lets you do what you need
I want to make notes that I can get rid of or keep. I just want to jot my thoughts or ideas, I am able to categorize them by myself. This app gives the ability to be creative to mundane. Thanks for making something that can be tailored to my needs!Lezincreede

Great! A Few Suggestions!
After the other note taking app I was using kept crashing, I switched to this app and I’ve loved it. It’s completely free, fully usable for school notes, and is so easy to figure out! I have a couple of suggestions to make this my full time app!
1. The ability to zoom in. This would be such an amazing feature! It would be so helpful if you could zoom in on the paper to write smaller letters or annotations easier.
2. The ability to add text and type. I know the purpose of this app is to hand write but I think that it would be useful for everyone to be able to take typed notes. Note taking apps often have this feature and it’s a lifesaver when you’re taking notes during a lecture and don’t have time to handwrite. With that feature, it would be cool to move textboxes around to where you need them.
That’s literally it! My go to app right now for handwriting notes (and maybe for typing notes as well?)
These features would be so cool to have! To anyone having trouble with their Apple Pencil connecting and working to write and draw, try plugging the end of the Apple Pencil in for older generation pencils to reconnect, as that’s what worked for me.
