Hay it works what more could I say?

When something works they try and make it better then it stinks, I hope they don’t (this is my disclaimer if they dodo it)

Doesn’t work

When I first downloaded the app when it first came out it seemed to work ok just a bit slow. Now it will not even log me on. Uninstalled then reinstalled still nothing. Its funny because I keep getting e-mails to down load and use. Tried one more time and again nothing. What a waste of time.

It’s an app for a utility company. Can’t imagine there being much to say about it. It works, I pay my bill on it, that’s about it.

Cool, thought having an app would make life easier. Enroll in autopay and just make sure everything’s fine. NOPE. Autopay says enrolled, doesn’t draw from my account or pay my bill. Service almost gets shut off cause the app failed to notify of any sort. And when I tried to pay. Autopay doesn’t allow you to submit a payment unless you have to navigate through the app to shut it off. Terrible.
