At first look
At first I thought it was complicated but now I think it’s easy and I love it. Reminds me of my appointment give me directions and phone number if I need it I think this is a good thing to have.

I can not print test results- especially my MRI .

Really like this app! It’s cool to see your info and schedule appointments or cancellation and information! Like test results and able to talk to doctors and or nurse anytime of the day

I love this app. I can easily keep track of my doctors appointments, order my meds and check my test results. The also a messaging section so I can submit a question or confirm procedure dates. I use it all the time - great resource.

Too much
Using this kind of communication about my medical care doesn’t make sense to me, since communication needs to allow me to respond, and I prefer to talk to someone, rather than use tech devices.
Can’t log in
It says Touch ID can’t be verified. I don’t have a phone with Touch ID

Not thought out very well
Your password requirement are ridiculous I almost pulled my hair out. Also don’t have the enrollment code so I guess I’m going to work today with out knowing if I’m positive with Covid. Like you can’t just send us a text message?
App update
I see others have this same issue. I have things to review but not able to open the app. It says to update but there is not a way to update.

I can’t log into the app because it says hooray there is an update please update to log in but there is no update. Am I missing something? Thank you
