I love this app. I can easily keep track of my doctors appointments, order my meds and check my test results. The also a messaging section so I can submit a question or confirm procedure dates. I use it all the time - great resource.

Using this kind of communication about my medical care doesn’t make sense to me, since communication needs to allow me to respond, and I prefer to talk to someone, rather than use tech devices.Sohhum

Not thought out very well
Your password requirement are ridiculous I almost pulled my hair out. Also don’t have the enrollment code so I guess I’m going to work today with out knowing if I’m positive with Covid. Like you can’t just send us a text message?Hooking up is easy
App update
I see others have this same issue. I have things to review but not able to open the app. It says to update but there is not a way to update.JerryElaine

I can’t log into the app because it says hooray there is an update please update to log in but there is no update. Am I missing something? Thank youstormey200000
CAN’T ACCESS THE APP
As noted recently by others attempting to use this App, all it does when I attempt to log in, is say “Hooray there is a new update” and all indications are that my App is currently updated and it will not let me log in. App is USELESS!!! Please fix this!!!MIN-MINS MOM
