Active Support and Takes Customer App Suggestions Seriously in Discord
If you goto there discord you can talk directly with the software team and they stay very active. The application has constantly been a product of customers suggestions on top of an already wonderful application. The support team listens and adds echoed customer suggestions into the next updates. Full transparency. Love this app!

Awesome grow App, very good reminders and logs to keep track
Cant transfer subscription on new iohone
Been using the app for a few years and been mostly happy with it. I recently got a new iPhone and the app wont let me login with apple id and hide my email option my other phone will. Very unhappy and unimpressed

I really would like to use this app but…
The general idea of what the app should be able to do is great. If the few bugs that I’ve run into can be fixed this app would be a time and lifesaver. Unfortunately, the support team has not gotten back to me on the Customer Support messaging, so I’m not sure if I will upgrade from the monthly to the annual. I hope they do though, because I spent several hours putting in all my plants info and lineage.
Update: I am not able to log into the community support area because I sign in with My Apple ID instead of a password. When I go to set my password, it says that I’ve been sent an email, but I have not received any emails for the reset or any of the Customer Support issues that I have sent via the app. I have tried to change my email address from the privet relay to my person one but am unable to do so. I really want to use this app, but it’s taking up so much time

Use to be a good app
It use to be free for everything basically a side from a few options. Now the free version is super limited and is a waste of space on my phone. Back to pen and paper.
Crashes when going back to see last week
Started crashing today when trying to see last week’s entries. Hoped there was an update but found none.
Will update the review once its back to working as it should.

Was Perfect. Now Everything is Behind a Paywall
I loved this app when I found it and have been using it for multiple grows since downloading. I just opened it up after a couple months (where I sadly couldn’t grow) and went to add all the seeds and the app now restricts how many you can have and archive as a free user. Previously the only thing behind the paywall was the Grower Support page where you could get help and ask the community type deal. I never used it as I found Reddit extremely helpful…. So needless to say I’m disappointed and don’t think I can use this app anymore unfortunately. Which sucks cause it has everything you need in a grow tracking app, but for ~$36 a year (every year) is too much and it’s even more if you buy monthly by the end of the year. Gonna switch back to my old school notebooks and keeping photos in separate albums on my phone..
If the app cost $3-$5 as a permanent one (1) time fee then I would actually consider that but since everything has become subscription based I’ve found myself using less and less services I find useful because of the continued cost.

Confusing
The settings and features are extremely confusing to use and the UI isn’t very friendly compared to other apps. Needs a new UI to be a 5 star app for sure as I’ve been using this for awhile and had to delete it just do to pure confusion of how everything works and how to access things.
Every grower should have this!!
Extremely user-friendly with tons of customization for advanced growers that like to keep track of things like nutrient mixes & waterings. My only suggestions would be to add a "notes" page & to allow video uploads, other than that, this app has everything you'd need a grow journal to do & more. Would 100% recommend to growers of any & every skill level!
