In the years that I have used Metro 311, the waste management services never respond to missed services. The app is useless in this regard.Sippi05

Could be good, but I’ve never had an issue addressed by the city. I’ve submitted over 10 issues and not one has been looked into. It’s a fantasy app.Cessna38p

Looks great, but not functional
Beautiful UI, but any address I enter gives me an “invalid address” error message. Since nearly any reporting requires an address, the app has become useless for me. Bummer.Troy W

Why have an app to sign in if it won’t let you?
Advised per website to download the app to see updates on issues reported at our address, but app crashes every time I try to sign in.
