Cannot log into app and when requested password assist is performed there’s no response after repeated attempts
Can’t login to Streaming Service
I was so excited on yesterday when I realized I could stream the videos. Everything went well as I was able to connect to my tv and watch. Got myself ready to start today. Then I was no longer able to login. Tried to reset and was told me email or password was invalid. I’m so disappointed.

Fantastic
This app is great! Very easy to use even for someone like me who is not tech savvy what so ever. The workouts are so much fun, full of high energy and will kick your butt! And their customer service is amazing! When I had a small hiccup with the app I emailed them and received a response immediately and they resolved it just as quickly. They clearly care very much about their customers. Highly recommend this app!

Digital content does not download
Paid $20 for digital content that I cannot use! This is ridiculous. How do i get a refund?!
App not working
I downloaded the app and was psyched to get started not to find that when I tried to purchase the download it asked me to login again and then said my info was invalid. Apparently others have had this issue too.

Grateful that this app exists! I’m fortunate enough to have Phil in Cleveland but when I travel I can keep up with my love for step by attending the classes of other Xtreme Instructors! Next level Phil, God said to keep going and take the limits off!
