Workouts are pretty good, but I feel like some are too long for no reason. Haven’t noticed much of a difference. They program I did before this was better and I got better results. But I have a full year of workouts to do yet. Will update when I’m further in.
Now the app needs some serious work…
1. When starting a program, they need to separate it into another section so you don’t have to constantly scroll through the other ten just to get to the one you’re on. I don’t put everything on the calendar because that’s a tedious and timely process.
2. They should allow you to preview all the workouts in the programs, even if you’ve already started on one. If you want to do this, you will have to sacrifice all your workouts you’ve already done. Not friendly whatsoever in this.
3. Sometimes the videos of the workout don’t match the description… like yo the job of the developers are to prevent silly things like this.
4. Make a LIST of the programs instead flipping back and forth - so annoying.
