Was easy to install & link cameras. That said the cameras do not record right, record nothing & or disconnect randomly. Customer service is non existent. I’m returning all cameras.Jj75ma

This product was easy to install and set up. It has great picture and video quality both in HD and SD. Recommend medium settings for movement. If you don’t want your video to be upside down, don’t turn on flip screen. Only thing I could of asked for was for this kit to include the SD cards for the doorbell and both cameras. Great purchase and we feel safer now that we have this installed.STEPH212349973
Major bugs
This app need to be updated especially when it comes to pir anything below high font work and high drains battery with false flags. Update 7-29-20 The bugs are horrible. I get network errors when i have wifi on and alerts constantly on high it’s always turns out to be false. Support advice was to uninstall app and install again. I only had this two days now. My wifi is at 67% so not sure if this is the reason for notifications false flag on high and none on other settings. I hate that no led light exist around the push button for night time. Even cheaper bells have led light. If battery dies quickly i will take away another star on update. I like that it has local storage. Subscription plans to which i don't like but facial yes and it’s very tempting for me to try.Reh Dogg
