This app is soooooooo helpful!!! It is great for my mental and physical health! For my mental health, it has a great mood tracker where I can talk about my day. I put in my over all day if it was amazing, good, okay, or bad. Then I say all the emotions I felt that day and takes notes and talk about it if I want to. It is great for my physical health too because it reminds me to workout! The reminders app is good but this one is so much better and has so many advanced reminder settings! This app is a must have so if your not healthy mentally or physically it probably because you don’t have this app!!!!

It’s good, but…
this app is pretty good, i like how i can honestly say how my day was, how i feel and why. my problem with this is that you can’t see your stats without paying for it. it’s really annoying because the reason i downloaded this app was to TRACK my mood and how i’m actually doing. i shouldn’t have to pay a ton of money for it. to end on a positive note, i like the journaling prompts and the habits i can put on there to give myself something to work towards. but literally make the stats portion of this app free please

Suggestion?
Great app. Suggestion: for the emotion part when you’re saying how you felt today, maybe add a ‘numb’ option. I know there’s quite a few people that feel numb throughout the day and don’t know how else to describe it. Otherwise a good app
Cool app
I like this app but it’s kinda confusing, I don’t understand the whole skipped part of the app, it makes no sense with the fact that you cant even skip anything at all which does make me a little on edge. However, this app is helping me to remember to read and to learn German every day. It also helps me to remember to work out once a week which has been very helpful for my health and with the fact that I’m a wrestling and a softball player. It is an app that I recommend 100%

The time zones
I love the app, but when I go to set my reminders it tells me that it is set for 18:00 when I set it for 6:00. Maybe add different time zones so people that don’t understand those other time zones can get just their time for it

Simple and Amazing
This app has helped me so much! It easily allows you to write down your feelings, rate your day, state why, say what you were feeling that day, and more! It even lets you go back and look at those days so that you can review what you were feeling on a certain day! And even better - you can create habits and it lets you check, miss, or skip them each day. It’s such an easy way to keep habits, because it states what streak you are on, and everyone lives a streak! Once your on a 3-day-streak, you have to keep going, right?
The only thing I would say is that the app allows you to alter previous days’ ratings and feelings. I feel that this would make it an incorrect day as you would then have filled it in on a day that you are not entirely sure what you felt that day. Also, some things are off-limits or you have to pay for them. This does not affect the basis of the app much, but I would like to know what is there and if it does affect the app and I’ve just not realised because what I’ve been given is good in itself.
But overall this is the best app for mental health ever and I would absolutely recommend it - for all ages, and not just teenagers!

This app has really helped for setting a routine for myself, I fell more productive and I get more things done thanks to this app ! I definitely recommend this app , too help you with setting a daily / weekly routine and so much more !

I got tangerine yesterday and can I just say that this is the most useful app I have! It is great for letting you keep your daily tasks done and under control. I use it to track my workout and I don’t usually manage to do it every day but now I do! I love the journal feature and the mood tracker, it helps me to reflect on the day and what I can do the next. I would fully recommend to anyone. I’m only on the free version and it is amazing. If it’s alright could you add more themes instead of just light or dark? I would love to pick colours too. Thanks!
