Purchase issues
I made a purchase on the 23rd Dec during a 40% off offer, unfortunately I never received it. I’ve been in contact to report the issue, however they will not acknowledge my purchase issues, believing I’ve been credited 😡DeltaSanjula
Frustrating
The game was fun in the beginning but it got to the point where they make it impossible to pass if you don’t spend money. I’m usually good at these games but when you get 2free hours and can pass only 2 levels you know something wrong. I’ve spent money on this game but won’t again because it seems they have it where they purposely make you lose to keep buying. It was fun while it lasted but about to delete. Really fun game
This game is really fun
At first I did not recognise that I was hooked to this game but little by little I got on to new levels. But a little deceitful though making one of the characters look really sad that you didn’t get the level and make you watch a video or pay 100 coins but I only have 80 so when you have watched an ad you have 3 moves left then when you have 0 moves left it’s the end of the game or you can pay 100 coins! Ps creator can you please explain how you collect the chocolate eggs!?????

Fun game but few rewards
I’ve been playing this for a week now, it’s a fun game the rewards are so stingy. After completing 10 levels I got a mere 34 coins.
The coins are really expensive to buy, why are they so expensive? This is my gripe with most games but this games rewards are really poor. Even a competition win first prize, that take days to play, payed 300 coins. Meh!Show lessRamcc21
Very Disappointed
The challenges prizes are fake.. I came in first place in a challenge and got a medal, however the game never game me the rewards.. pretty annoyed.JennyLaRue
Great concept, ultimately feels somewhat rigged
I agree with others in that this game was super fun to begin. Lately, I notice a marked change in what is supposedly “random”ball drops of color. When I am playing with my own lives, the levels are easier, better options for matching. When I am on “free play” (that you EARN by collecting stars within the game) things are magically harder, and it becomes next to impossible to win a level. The difference is subtle but it’s there. It’s obvious the algorithms are written to keep your progress slower when you aren’t investing real money for lives or boosters. I am happy to pay to play a game when it’s not this obviously manipulative. Otherwise, I will move on to something more above board. Sad, too, because I am generous when it comes to games that don’t feel rigged. I am a hard working adult who happens to invest in playing games as an entertainment expense because I recognize that creativity of game inventors should be acknowledged and rewarded. But not when I feel I am being taken. Forget it and move on to a more ethical developer.Show lessJanaInDenver

Poor customer service
Customer service is no good I used all my coins on the 6hr play and something happened that made my iPhone restart and once I opened the game app up I didn’t have the 6 hrs any more .. so I left a message in customer support and never received any message back from them then I left 3 more messages and still up to this point nothing back smh sad and I really liked this game even tho the stages repeat over and over ... it’s not fair I spent money and also I’m even a team leader smh they need better customer help to respond appropriateShow lessKym28h
Too hard too soon
This is a nice game while I wait for my other blast games to update. However all the event/challenge stuff is a bit convoluted and not well explained at all. None of the boosts are explained straight away like other boost games.
Also it has gotten too hard too soon. At least toon & toy blast waited a good few hundred levels before becoming impossible. This one I’m only at 110 and keep having to retry or waste all my boosts too early on.
Also the leaderboard should be a build up of stars not levels. It takes TOO LONG to overtake other players!Show lessBadw0lf
