  • Motivating personal trainer

    I like the plans that are offered daily. The animated workouts help guide my form. The counting alarms are clear so I know when I start, stop, & rest. THANKS FOR MOTIVATING ME! I use this app both at home & at the gym. The calendar helps me plan for tomorrow’s workout.

    I’m unsure if this app works with the Apple Watch.
  • Love this workout app but...

    Love this workout app overall. It’s easy to navigate, the workouts are very informative and easy to follow. You can toggle the workout guides as needed, and it will save where you left off if you need to take a break. Meal guides, yoga, pre/post workout warm ups and cool downs built right into the workouts. I really do enjoy using it, and it’s fairly affordable!

    However, there are few things that bug me.

    1) when searching for workouts via Pinterest, it’s virtually impossible for me to just add it right to my WL app. I have to open both apps in my browser and basically use the apps through the browser just to add the workout to my calendar. Maybe this is user error on my part, but I tried for a while to add the workouts seamlessly (from one app to the other) and it didn’t happen. Better off just using workout labs through the web browser.

    2) no option to keyword search the workouts in the Library section.

    Minor issues, so overall 4 stars :)

    Great on the go or home workout. Chooses of beginner, moderate, and challenging for all body types. A personal trainer available to you live to help along the way
  • Visuals

    I enjoy the cartoon visuals and descriptions of the individual exercises. Trying to figure out which leg a real person is using in a video is a mood killer when you’re in the zone.

  • Unable to sync calendar

    I signed up for the 14 day trial on my computer. I set up a 6 week work out program and then decided to download the app. However my calendar on the app shows nothing. I have tried to add the program via the app but all it does is load. Super frustrating.
  • Great app!

    Such a fabulous app! I’ve really enjoyed the programs. I have a home gym but sometimes get stuck doing the same thing everyday. This helps me to target different muscles! Now once it can connect to the Apple health app so I can track on my Apple Watch, it’ll be 6 stars!
  • Meh

    The app is great for providing a variety of workouts. The alarms to remind you of the workout schedule you signed up for. On the other hand, customization is difficult. You are not able to mix and match easily from one routine to another.
  • Great Motivator

    This app does a great job at keeping me accountable and I can SEE where I have done well and where I’ve done not so well. I can then compare what’s really going on in my life and to stop making excuses.
    Only shortcoming is the breaks between sets; you must complete the rest to get credit for the set. The rests sometimes aren’t in line with the exertion it takes for the set. But great app and I will continue to pay for it!
  • So simple and effective.

    I am really liking this app! It has allowed me to learn on my own and take an active role in my fitness. I have gone through two beginner plans to try it out and I can really see a difference in my strength, endurance and overall fitness. All by myself and at home doing additional repetitions and time. I feel ready to try intermediate plans. Every week I get a full body workout with the daily muscle group routines. The routines are not long. I play my own music. No one talking to you. Before I know it, it’s over and I’m done for the day.
    I feel I can take charge and choose from many options. You can preview the workouts so you know what you will be doing. I know I will be making my own plans in the future. For now, I’m just learning a lot with the help of this app.
