Phone detection broken
The criteria they use to detect phone usage is absolute garbage. I put my phone in my center console while driving and I still get finger for phone usage when I receive a text or call or use my cars in app Bluetooth or Apple CarPlay. Basically anytime the phone Home Screen lights up, via receiving text or calls even if out of sight in your pocket or glove box, it still registers as phone usage. I have called and emailed customer support and after multiple attempts got nothing more than “too bad, so sad”. What makes this even more frustrating is that it cost me hundreds of dollars in insurance premiums all because this app is terrible.
