The app content is good and worth subscribing, the app sometimes could be very frustrative. Sometimes the chats are not working properly but the developers fix them quite fast.Cooper Harris
Persistent technical glitches and useless customer service
Don’t waste your time or money on this app. I paid to have 10 readings but after asking a few questions, my entire chat history vanished and when I asked further questions to try to understand what had happened/get my chat history back, my question allocation (which I had paid the money for!) kept reducing but I got no response (or at least if I did, it didn’t show up on my blank chat history). Escalated the issue to customer service who were unable to resolve and simply suggested I try reinstalling the app. When that didn’t work and I asked for my money back instead, I was ignored.Show lessNashy15

As long as the questions were free the atmosphere and the reading resonated. I’ve already asked at least three questions to the reader that has been assigned to me and I keep receiving the pilot message in return without my questions being answered. I believe in one question I asked the reader’s response to me was that I only attract psychos and rapist. I told her that her words were quite harsh. I had no intent on leaving my feedback until the last few paid questions I asked have gone unanswered with 6 questions all of which are paid for remains.Show lesstd091446

I paid for an annual subscription. The first question I asked, the astrologer answered very vaguely and then asked me a question, forcing me to use my second question to respond. I contacted the developer, was promised additional questions and was given a much more thorough response although no additional questions were added. I had to log out of the app from Facebook and when I went back in it had my placements all wrong. Contacted the developer again and the only fix was to create a whole new account so my chart would be correct. Developer promised I would get a couple months added to my subscription with the new account. New account didn’t have extra questions either. Contacted developer to answer her question about how long my subscription was and I haven’t heard back since. So far it’s been nothing but a headache and I’m not a fan of being placated with promises that aren’t followed through on. There’s no way to change any settings or prioritize what I want to see or to check on the subscription through the app itself. An update is needed desperately. The star is only because I like the daily star rating. However, the 2020 review has one two and it says it’s for “today” and changes daily. Otherwise I’d give it two just because I enjoy that feature. I’m not sure this app was ready to launch when it did.Show lessMissDainja
