Erased my readings and deleted 3 questions unawares
I love this app but it erased the readings and I am out of three paid questions that were never answered. Can you help?spazzyturtle2020
Had hopes sadly. How is this paid? Or who does!
For a paid subscription app this is really poor. The first 5 minutes in the only thing you can check is your daily horoscope in a 5 star rating. The love compatibility chart is a joke.ihearyousharpeningyourclaws
Doesn’t work
I have had to download the app twice and it’s a waste of money. I bought extra questions to ask the psychics and there was no response. I feel like I should get my money back for the app and the questions.Rdr1510

Every other update wipes out reading histories and this most recent update doesn’t show any text on the horoscopes. It’s very frustrating. Especially since I paid for a subscription for a year. By the time my subscription comes up for renewal, I’m not going to renew until some consistency is present.Show lessFake name real review

I purchased 10 questions, this shows on my bank statement, used one of them, so I should have a total of 9 left, but the app is showing 0?? I need this fixed ASAP.millscgrace

Hi -I’ve really been enjoying this app. But all of a sudden all my history is gone. I had two questions left from a previous purchase and they are also gone.

There is not much I can do on the app without having to purchase the membership. I can find the same information online- so I’m sorry but I don’t want to spend my money on this.SadnPol

Hi SadnPol, we're really sad that you have this experience of the app. Have you tried chatting with astrologers? We're sure you won't find this info on the internet, as astrologers are using your natal chart to give you the most accurate information possible.408 ERROR
