The upgraded SIKA app is very user friendly. However, if you have VPN on your phone, the app will not download. You’ll have to disconnect the VPN before downloading. I receive my weekly salary on this app. Everything works well and effectively. I highly recommend anyone sending or receiving money in any of the West African countries listed, to please use the app. Thank you so much Khadijah and her team for the wonderful upgrade.-M.Sillah

This application used to be really easy to complete transactions on.
This new update does not give you the option for the receiver to pickup in person.

They waste your time !! Anytime you send money you have to call them for verification. They are not always available to pick up calls. Very unprofessional.
Horrible service
I sent money to my sick sister, she couldn’t get it because of laziness to open shop. I asked for a refund, they said it will take 3-10 days. It’s been three weeks I still didn’t get my refund. They not answering their phones or email. This is just shameful I swear

This is an awful service.
I sent money to my sick aunt on the 25th of November 2020 and she still have not received the payment after 48hrs.
The money is needed to cover hospital and medication fees.
Never used this service if you are in a hurry.

This is the worst money transfert app I have ever used!You have to beg them of You want whoever you sent the money to get the it!
A friend of mine sent money for his sick aunt,They needed for an hospital emergency guess what She died the next day.She would be probably alive if They had received the money asap to pay the hospital because in Afica you pay before They take of You.
