Wish it had better options to earn money most the websites I can’t even get approved of even when I did exactly what the instructions said to earn points

Can’t set up with app. Can’t change password. Very frustrating but other than that I like it
Doesn’t let me log in
App doesn’t have the option to log via Google which is how I created my account on the website. Even tried my Google password and did not work nor did the link that was sent to reset my password.

Wire Transfer transactions
How does it work? I went ahead to buy Bitcoin with bank wire mode of payment. Just immediately the next page I got full details of bank Wire information. After which a mail was sent to me notifying me that they will let me know when deposit clears.
On the Dashboard I still see Pending. Was I suppose to go inside the bank and make Wire deposit with the details when I click Pending on my dashboard?
I notice my I have been charged 2.15$ I need clarification
