  • More trouble than help

    Default pricing changes for unknown reason, so when you send invoices out random customers are paying less or more than what is set as their default service price. Attempted to get help on this twice and it still does it. They don’t even respond to messages in the help chat. If your goal is to increase productivity and profit, don’t use this app.

  • Deceiving

    Buyer beware we had 70 customers so I paid for it last year $350 this year we cut way back they told me I could only have 50 customers on the free version we cut back to 48 now I cannot access because they want to charge me $30 a month to access any of my informationand client information so be cautious might be a great app if you’re a big company and want to pay a lot of money for somebody to take care of your stuff but we’re just small we don’t need a bunch of hands to be paid

  • Don’t even consider this software

    10/31/23 I’ve used this software for almost 2 years. We started with 10 customers and now have over 150. At first it was decent (probably because I didn’t know what to look for) but now it is completely unreliable. Starting with a major incident over the summer, during peek season, the developers switched servers. The system was down for days and when it came back up, they lost 36 hours worth of data. For some that might not mean much, but for others, that meant lost revenue. That was just the beginning of the nightmare. Since then, the system has been extremely slow and crashes all the time. I began questioning the accuracy of the revenue accounting just a few weeks ago. No answers were given. Now as I type, over a hundred payments were unlinked from invoices. Showing we had almost 30k in outstanding invoices when it was actually around 6k. We are on day 5 of them trying to resolve this and it’s still not fixed. On top of that, the system sent out hundreds of emails to clients last night- invoices, estimates, etc. Now I’m having to field questions from clients. Very unprofessional and embarrassing. If you’re looking for a reliable system to build your business off of, this is not it. I could go on and on about the headaches and time wasted on the software. Fortunately it is at the end of the season for us and I will be switching software soon. I just hope they can straighten out the current mess for accounting purposes. Please learn from me, and look elsewhere.

  • Frustrating

    Always crashing. I get frustrated and my employees get trusted because the app is always freezing or not loading. It is starting to affect our jobs.
  • Crashes a lot.

    Decent software but crashes a lot. When it crashes customers can’t sign in to pay invoices and you can’t get into app at all. Make sure you back up all customers because if it goes down you have no way of getting there info. In 2023 alone I would say the app has crashed on me 15 plus times and multiple of those times it didn’t come back up for hours. They don’t repay me for the money spent on paying employees to invoice and go through billing.

  • DO NOT USE

    This is the worst app on the market. Cumbersome and confusing. Customer service is absolutely worthless. It’s a complete money grab. Invoices screwed up monthly and owners blame you for the issues. It’s terrible! Stay away!
  • Great Program

    I’ve been using Lawn Pro for over 10 yrs. There have been a few glitches here & there, but I cannot imagine trying to run my business without it. When we started, we may have had around 30 lawns and were doing everything with pencil & paper. Now we handle around 200 lawns and have several companies that we sub out to. This makes it easy to manage everything. Crews & sub companies can see their list & close them out as they do them. I can’t recommend highly enough.

  • Decent software, horrible support and customer service

    If you have an issue and the pleasure of dealing with Heather Carter, you’ll get to experience the worst customer service possible.

    She is equally rude and clueless about the software. She gives generic answers, and leaves you hanging for hours, leaving in the middle of ‘helping’ with your issue.

    Recently the company planned an outage and decided not to inform a single paying customer. Three days my business information was inaccessible.

    Heather was only worried about herself and her own problems. Nobody ever apologized, and after admitting they planned the downtime, they backtracked and lied to claim they were unaware of the possibility.

    The software is nice when it works. The people who run the service are incompetent and rude.

    Stay away.

  • May be Out of business????

    They may be out of business? The app completely disappeared. No explanation. Can’t contact anybody can’t log back in. Looks like my 15 years of business records is gone.
