Hard to use in the field
This software is very good using in the car or anywhere it is not bright. Menus are so dark you can’t see or read in the bright field. I use Apple and Android and it is the same poor menu on both. It lacks a recurring invoicing or level billing. There is contract billing that they consider level billing but it does not give line items. But with that said everything else on this program is great. Before and after pictures and a great customer portal. I recommend it even though I cant use it in the field like I would like to. I just take my pictures in the phone and do everything else with the app when I get back to where I can read the screen. I only give it a 3 stars because I need recurring invoice with line items and the bad menus. Just a note, if I locate what I am looking for on the menu, everything else I can do in bright light in the field. You just cant see what area you want in bright light. Even on the iPad or S7 tab.
QuickBooks Sync is great in this program too. SMS is great and you get a notification on your phone when message comes in.Show lessMrhopper50
Worst customer service
Horrible customer service. Signed up for service and it would not sync to quickbooks. Response time with their chat (which is the only way to contact someone) would take days sometimes and no resolution was offered. When asking for refund response was “we don’t give refunds”. They kept billing my card even after cancelling. Had to report the entire thing as fraud.Show lessD135798642

I’m shopping for a new software solution for
my business. Over all I like the app’s feature and would love to use it. But they system is always crashing and sometimes it takes minutes to load up if it dose at all. I chose to take a free two week trial of the time tracking feature. It just what we need but not when the system is unreliable. It work when it wants too. A stop watch and paper work faster then using the app. Like the concept but disappointed it the delivery.Show lesssanscape landscaping
