  • Crash prone

    Not a good app if you can’t use it with it crashing all the time and not able to use and god forbid you dont have all your info backed up somewhere else. Down at this moment again. Ugh
  • Down for more than 24 hours now

    I have been using this app daily since January 2023. No complaints really but the sight has been down for more than 24 hours now and I have no way of contacting anyone for a status update. My paid services are current so I’m at a loss. This has happened before but never for more than a couple hours. An email needs to go out or something.

  • System crashes

    The system crashes frequently, it is a Monday today. I am out of town for training and my guys need to pull up routes for their day. And the system does not work. And no way to contact support. No emails being sent out to let us know when it will be up and running and again or nothing. Pathetic
  • This could be a great option but…

    The concept and UI are great but the delivery and support is atrocious. I’ve lost countless hours of work and had embarrassing situations to explain to customers because of my reliance on a system that simply cannot deliver a reliable result. Crashes, updates not saving, emails not going out, loop issues in coding ( hundreds of emails were sent to multiple clients within minutes) this software is unpolished and doesn’t seem to be getting better after using it for over a year.

  • Running my business through LawnPro

    This is a great app!! I use it to run my entire business. From my schedule, to tracking time, to texting all clients with 1 text, invoicing, Estimates, Routes, Tax preparation and expense reports.

    I could not function with out it.

  • 100 Price increase?

    So the price increased 100% from last season and you can’t even get your customers out of the system unless you pay another month subscription. Insane. Stay away and use jobber or one the others.
  • Great CRM

    Very helpful to stay organized. It’s a little slow sometimes but overall developers are always making improvements and you can’t beat the pricing. Helps with scheduling and assigning properties and tasks to my employees, invoicing and collecting payments. I wish there was more options than just PayPal and Stripe as the rates for stripe are pretty steep for credit card processing but overall great CRM.

  • Print page not working

    Can’t get it pop up where I can print says the page it temporarily down or removed

    All of the sudden app stop working and doesn’t load on my iphone.. this is irritating..
  • Used to be pretty good

    We used to love this software. It was very easy to use to keep track of bids and properties that we maintain and an easy way for employees to clock in and out, customer service was pretty prompt, Not always super helpful, but prompt. They only allow chat, so sometimes it’s hard to explain the problem through a message.
    It’s not loading estimates that we’ve given. It’s spotty loading customers lately and for the past several months now, the time tracking for employees has been having huge issues. It’s either not letting them clock in or out or it’s duplicating days and giving them an additional 12 hours of work on their final times. It has also not even added some days that people HAVE worked. It shows they worked in one area but not in the area where it normally shows up. This is a huge problem because if I’m not totally focused on these hours, we are either over paying big time or completely under paying our employees.
    It is not allowing us to approve hours anymore either. It approves them itself now.
    Honestly, the list of issues goes on and on. I have sent numerous messages explaining in great detail the issues we are having and step by step instructions on how to see the issues that we are having for over 2 months! The customer service is horrendous now, someone named “heather” responds (sometimes) and is extremely short and rude when she does, then says it will be fixed and closes the ticket without ever fixing the issue.
    This is absolutely ridiculous! We are spending an additional 6+ hours every 2 weeks trying to figure out employees times when we are paying for a service that is supposed to do the majority of this for us.
    You either need to start handing out refunds or actually fix these issues!
