I have push notifications on. It would make sense to me that when my order is ready you’d be notified, or if your order couldn’t be fulfilled that you’d be notified. Nope. Today pushed me to leave a review because I used the app two times today. I normally order using a browser because I’m generally working. I ordered breakfast, something happened and they didn’t get it so it wasn’t ready for pickup and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I ordered lunch waited the 30 minutes, then when I went to pick it up they told me they didn’t have the ingredients for what I ordered. WHY did I have to wait to find that out? Push notifications aren’t new, why isn’t the kitchen able to cancel and notify you? The only thing this app is good for is doing a scan and go style check out in the market if you use that.
