  • Terrible Service and food.

    I’ve had to ask them to remake my order so many times I’ve just decided not to get food here anymore. Unfortunately they’re the only option where I work. They’re also jacking up the prices now so I’m just going to bring my own food from now on. At least I know I won’t be eating raw chicken anymore!!

  • Disappointing

    I have push notifications on. It would make sense to me that when my order is ready you’d be notified, or if your order couldn’t be fulfilled that you’d be notified. Nope. Today pushed me to leave a review because I used the app two times today. I normally order using a browser because I’m generally working. I ordered breakfast, something happened and they didn’t get it so it wasn’t ready for pickup and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I ordered lunch waited the 30 minutes, then when I went to pick it up they told me they didn’t have the ingredients for what I ordered. WHY did I have to wait to find that out? Push notifications aren’t new, why isn’t the kitchen able to cancel and notify you? The only thing this app is good for is doing a scan and go style check out in the market if you use that.

  • Great app/some issues

    Some options are not on the menu so I end up having to call in anyway. There is no slot to type special instructions for some locations.
  • Pretty useful

    Easy to order and pay for food in advance. My only request is to be able to customize your order, like ingredients on a salad.

    Only this review is being updated. The app still has several issues and nothing has changed in the past 6 months. This app needs fixes for it to fully satisfy the customers it claims to serve.
