Simple, effective and cheap
I used HouseCurve to get an idea of what I was dealing with and decided to upgrade for £15 to get EQ suggestions
Implementing these suggestions via Roon made a huge difference and to be honest it has been much more effective than I would have thought
I appreciate that hardcore hi-fi afficianados will never approve of a lot of DSP processing but all I can say is - it really worked well for me
My wife, who is not a hi-fi buff, instantly noticed something was different and better too
Unreliable

Hi there, sorry you're having trouble with measurements. Please reach out to support@housecurve.com or the Facebook group (see app's Help menu) for assistance. You can also check out the extensive documentation at housecurve.com.
So easy even an audiophile could do it.
Good fun and effective analysis for your hifi curiosities.
Works great with WIIM amp over AirPlay
Is there a way to use this over (wired) CarPlay? It seems to default to the crappy car mic since the USB-C port is in use, and it would be better to use the internal iPhone mic since it’s compensated.
Overall great app!!
Worked perfectly
Not much of a reason to hate this app!
Easy solution
Great App

Hello, thanks for the review! With the Tuning Bundle in-app purchase, you can export the measured impulse responses for use in tools like REW, etc. See: https://housecurve.com/docs/manual/plot_setup#saved-measurement. For help, please reach out to support@housecurve.com
Remove your case!
This app seems perfect for my simple uses cases, I’ll probably buy it. The interface is a little cumbersome and limited, hopefully that’s just the free version tho.
Works but use with caution

Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it! Version 5.1.2 now has a warning that pops up if the iPhone volume is high when a measurement is started. The quick start instructions also say to turn the volume down, but I get that not everyone is going to read them (https://housecurve.com/help), so the warning was a good idea, thanks!
