Frustrating
A bug laden app that doesn’t save wish lists, crashes at will and with the only plus point being that it will make you more frustrated off the course that when you’re on it. Please, please fix this app! You are Europe’s largest golf retailer after all! Put some money in to debugging this excuse for an app!Show lessSodaCauldron

Try to log in to my account and can’t remember my password (my fault I know) press password reminder and nothing comes through, done that 4 times. So I go to create an account, input my email and it says it’s already in use. I’ve emailed customer service and received no reply. I’ve also had to update this app 2 times this week!Show lessL.m.ward
Menu error.....very frustrating
Since the update of your app this morning the 11th of June which is still not working correctly, as was looking for a stand bag and it will only show cart bags, I decided to try the website instead, yet every time I press the menu bars, then go to a subcategory apart from actual golf clubs, it just takes me straight through to have to get the app. Why if I want to look at this on the website then I should be able to do so. Can I add that it works fine on my iPad but not my iPhone

Awful customer service
I bought a new club from the offline store, but not in stock for the spec i wanted so they were going to get it delivered to store for me to pick up. Then lockdown happened and stores closed. They refuse to send me a refund or replacement for in-store purchases even though they sell the same club online! So i am £400 down and no contact/guideline or any helpful advice. I can understand if it was a single proshop but for europe’s so called biggest retailer of golf clubs? Awful. Support your club shop or go to a different site.Show lessSam Sam Sam 5

Really frustrating when you receive email open it up, try to view an item, and it takes you to website where you then have to try and find the item you were looking for originally.
And to make matters worse, the website lettering is small and difficult to read, and view specifications, and to cap it off, I am unable to enlarge the product in my iPhone

Fantastic easy to use app
Really easy to find the product you want through search or filtering. Great that you can also hook it up with your American Golf Clubcard as well.TheOwllll
Bad filter menu
The filter menu is limited unlike online so I find I give up on the app and use the website. If this was sorted out I’d use the app more!Hans Über Güber

Nothing seems to open!!
After using this app successfully for the first few times, I can open the app but nothing opens. Just get a spinning wheel in middle of screen!!Dazer0070
