    And still no access to credit card through an app. The most simple app where you can see your balance and make a payment only would be incredible. How is this not a top priority.

  • Once upon a time

    Once upon a time this app worked… way back in 2022 when I was just a wee lad. It was a glorious app and so quick and easy… unfortunately at this time, this app gets confused and doesn’t know who it’s working for… who do you work for?!

  • Inconvenience for those who have a credit card account only

    Not able to use the app as a credit card holder. You have to use an actual computer to access your account. Just an inconvenience.
  • Just Bank with Someone Else

    This is just a vehicle to make money off of poor people. If you need banking services then try your local bank or OpenSky. These people have a hedge fund mentality without the money for a decent app.

    Super wack and disappointing to make an app but defer credit card users to desktop website… so inconvenient and Annoying. I tried to like this company but the lack of app support and no Apple wallet support is to much for me. 👎🏾🤦🏽‍♂️
  • Worst experience in banking to date.

    Not to mention customer service, while polite and helpful as the can be— have no ability to do like, anything.. even going to so far as to tell me they couldn’t give me the correct phone number they were referring to.

    I was assessed a fee for the 8 minute phone call.
    Won’t help me dispute anything over the phone, as everything “has to be in writing”

    Like are you kidding me? I never used the card that’s how terrible my experience was.
    Just jerked my credit around for a company that doesn’t deserve to be in business.

    At such a time when time is of the essence and nobody can afford to waste it. For such a reputable bank by which many customers have your credit cards, how dare you leave us to have to use a search engine rather than allow us the convenience of using the app. That total disregard for your credit customers. I would never have missed a payment if the app services would’ve been available to me. Remember you are making money off of us and we are just as deserving of you service and convenience as the next customer. Please correct this error of neglect as soon as possible if you chose to care and grant us this common courtesy. Please abd thank you.

    Annoying to track as there is no CC app and their website is not mobile friendly
