    It doesn’t work,it shows Security challenge questions from CBA.

  • Unreliable

    Absolutely unreliable. Endless glitches and technical errors. You’d think that they’d make improvements based on all the critical feedback but I am yet to see any. Rubbish!

    The apps works fine, easy to make translations and the processes is easy to follow. I have been using it for a while and have not encountered any problems.

    Having difficulty in completing of profile. The message ‘We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our application’ keeps on popping up after entering OTP number. Hope it will be resolved soon.

  • Good initiative

    I used this app for the first time and was concerned with its reliability. But now I am so glad that I gave it a try. Thank you TBank and people behind this initiative for making it easier for Bhutanese in Australia to send money back home. In my case, the calculated amount at the time of transfer remained same at the time of receipt. The money was received in 3 days from the date of transfer.

    What if someone don't have Australian driving license?? What is the alternative to get register? I don't think lots of us have Australian driving license. 😔
