Mixed experience - but subscribed anyway
A few months ago I did a free trial and then purchased 10 hours thinking I could Pay As I Go (misleading IAP). The team of 3 would have earned more annually from me via pay per use. So I lost those hours when the trial expired.
Anyway I subscribed simply because it's the best. Picked my poison as a manner of speaking.
100x better than native Live Captions (even in offline mode too!!), will stay reliably onscreen for hours auto captioning a dinner table nicely.
As I software develop and run an accessibility company, I understand business needs. But this is a really bad "own goal".
Still sad the lost hours were lost though; and that my feature request submission was ignored. For this reason I remain an annual subscriber while also keeping this 1-star review.
