This new app is so much better than the previous system. It’s a lot easier than the digital key system.

Suggestions
Should show more previous transactions on the app. Go back further in date. And be able to show deposits only or withdrawals only. Also add an option where we can add a Nick and to payees. I saved payees but gave no idea who they are because their company name doesn’t show. Add notifications for when a deposit is made.

Very difficult to use.
app does not find account information and fill it out by itself, users have to enter it all manually.
Disappointed!
I'm using the latest ios version and the app; yet, the NAPAS247 option doesn't show up.
Broke the app with last update
With the latest update - I lost ability to transfer from VND to USD account. Only USD->VND transfers are available. Global transfers disappeared too. App is pretty much useless now.

Lacks imagination & flexibility
Monitoring balance and transferring money between your own HABC accounts well. Making a transfer to pre-established external accounts appears to be ok, however there is far more flexibility for paying new bills and transferring to new accounts when done online via laptop.
