Fix the sound issue
Great app for making friends but you should take scammers and sexual harassment more seriously, some people are weird on there. Can you please fix the part where the volume sounds lower than usual if I open another app and then go back to the Soul app, it’s a glitch and it’s making the experience worse bc when you play videos in Soul you literally can barely hear the audio. The sound will only be normal if I don’t have other app tabs open, what is going on? so, you will encounter some random issue like you login into your account but kicks you out immediately after getting in. You try to reach out to the support team on MANY MANY MANY occasions and MANY attempts over a spread of time and get NO response whatsoever. Is alright
This app is not worth the high price for premium. The cost is steep just to see who visited your profile, go for incognito, and some chat options. Additionally, boosting your profile requires an extra payment, making it feel like a money-making scheme. You get only five free “Meet Me” options, and one is always a suspended user, leaving you with just four matches. If you want more matches, you need to buy more coins.
Most users are in their late 20s to 30s. The app doesn’t offer new users frequently, and I feel like I’ve already talked to everyone available. Despite being stuck with premium for more months, the app is riddled with scammers.
However, I did enjoy meeting people from around the world and appreciate the feature requiring mutual follows to send photos. Unfortunately, blocked users can still view your profile, compromising safety. Overall, I give it two stars for the global connections but caution against spending money on it.Show lessnaykarim

This app have a group of people that are close with the admins, meaning that this group of people can do anything on this app. If anyone in the group dislike you, they will find the admin to ban you. Funny thing is that the admins will ban you without a reason just because the group of people told them to. These admins spoil the group of people to the point that they will give out tournament rewards. If you’re not letting the group of people to win the tournament then they will just ban you for no reason - do not waste money in this app.Show lessReviewing GM

Ok so to start ummm me and my S/O of 9 month now met on soul, now the app was intended for dating but it’s more of a hang out now for people who have a tough time making friends IRL. There are a lot of minors on the app but they are mostly mature and the adults are pretty chill about it, there are a handful of pervs but all the other users call them out right away and make minors well aware of who they are. there is also so much culture on the app so many people from all over the planet like Egypt, South America (all over I’m too lazy to write out each country), Europe, Africa, even Australia. This app even helped me learn more Spanish

Find the right people
It’s a pretty good app lots of people and stuff but if your looking for a genuine person it’s pretty difficult and it’s not really safe literally people were asking me if I wanted to be there sugar baby and two guy were trying to do some inappropriate stuff and they got pretty close even though I didn’t want to, So I do not recommend cause even if you find some genuine people it’d only be two or three and they easily can become bad and want stuff.Show lessRandomly Candid
