Issues ending ride.
We had to call 4 different times to end our rides. Thankfully they were quick to answer and resolve the problem. It was just inconvenient to have to deal with all the issues.MimiV_2
Very limited
You can only use it by one perimeter. Very short, I used it to pick up my car and I had to go back a part and walk because the area of use is EXTREMELY SHORT. I used it in Orlando, I don't recommend it. I feel like I threw my money away.Rafsao
Predatory pricing model
Don’t use this app. The allowable use area is unbelievably limited, the scooter itself is ugl, and they keep charging you even when the app is not responding. I was charged two dollars more because evey time I tried to end the ride I got an error message and the timer never paused. These people are gross don’t give them your money.civilbit

If you are in Orlando please do not use this service!!! Absolutely horrible!! My family tried to use this service on I-drive. We downloaded the app the night before and set up our accounts to ensure we would have no issues. What a joke! While we found multiple scooters on iDrive to use, the majority of them did not work. After multiple tries we finally found four units that we could activate. Once we got to the end of our trip the app would not let us end the session on any of our scooters, even though we were in a green area and it should’ve been OK. We had to call the customer service line and wait on hold for 10 minutes to get someone to end our session so we would stop being charged. When we got ready to leave our destination and needed the scooters again we literally attempted eight different scooters, all of which were not functional. As soon as we got back home that night I made all of my family members delete this app and we will never use this service again.hines1973
Nothing works
My first time with Newt. I’m standing around about a dozen scooters, with about the same amount of people. No one can get their scooters to work. I’ve been charged multiple dollars to start rides that I can’t use. Everyone is upset. My friend that did get a ride can’t end it. He’s being charged right now for a ride he can’t end. Never gonna use this brand of scooter again.DontUseNewtEver
