Would not turn in when I was done. It kept charging my more and more money for nothing
Too expensive - not worth it
I rode 3 miles. Took 30 mins and cost $20. Lyft back was less than $10 and quicker. First scooter wouldn’t unlock. 2nd ok. They are on a 3-4mph “geo-fence” of some sort around certain areas. Makes the ride very jerky as you don’t know when it will respond to throttle inputs, or randomly hit the brakes. Not enough torque/power to get you safely across intersections. I had to cross 2 lanes slightly uphill to get across busy freeway on ramp. Scary and embarrassing to have to pedal push it up the hill like a kid on a bike with training wheels.
The “scoot zones” are very restrictive. I had to backtrack 0.3 miles to close it out when trying to visit a popular restaurant in a shopping strip. That’s a 10min walk in Florida humidity. They obviously pay a lot of people to flood them with 5-star ratings. Read the 1-3 stars. Buyer beware!

Great customer service
I made a mistake on a ride, called customer service, spoke to a real human being, he fix the problem, 10 out of 10 will use again! Fun.
Not good
Tried to take it down the same street I took it on. Took me about a mile and then forced me to walk it back manually, about a 3rd of that, as it locked me out for being “out of zone”. Then proceeded it charge me for it.

Be sure to check your “scoot zone”
These scooters can only be used in designated areas… don’t plan to ride this scooter to your friends house or the grocery store and back. They slowly stop working outside of their “scoot zone” and strand you. Do not recommend.

Issues ending ride.
We had to call 4 different times to end our rides. Thankfully they were quick to answer and resolve the problem. It was just inconvenient to have to deal with all the issues.
Very limited
You can only use it by one perimeter. Very short, I used it to pick up my car and I had to go back a part and walk because the area of use is EXTREMELY SHORT. I used it in Orlando, I don't recommend it. I feel like I threw my money away.
Predatory pricing model
Don’t use this app. The allowable use area is unbelievably limited, the scooter itself is ugl, and they keep charging you even when the app is not responding. I was charged two dollars more because evey time I tried to end the ride I got an error message and the timer never paused. These people are gross don’t give them your money.
