Scooters…great…app and trying to end a ride…terrible
Scooters are great, but when you go to end a ride…good luck. Also, sometimes the app doesn’t even show where the scooters are. The app and tech needs a lot of work. But the scooters are a great way to get around.Diesel311Man

This app is absolutely abysmal in comparison to other scooter providers. Not user friendly, poor customer support, lack of functionality. Use as a last option.PDDurrant

Don’t even ride these on International Drive! BEWARE
I had the most horrible experience riding these scooters. It took almost 30 minutes just to download the app and create an account just to ride the scooters on international drive in Orlando. After our ride we were not even able to end our session. As the time clock continued to count we had to sit anxiously while waiting for a phone signal just to end it. The ride was not worth the hassle.Kay Marche'

Only problem is we couldn’t figure out how to rent two scooters on one app, so added time to our ride trying to download the app onto another phone so we could ride two scooters.Julie G -mom to six
