  • Can’t Sign In/On

I setup my account to file taxes and was told that I can use the app, I tried to use my account credentials. After filling in my information and pressing “Sign In” nothing happens. I figured I needed to sign up with a separate account, so after putting in my information and pressing “Sign Up” it does nothing.

  • Glitchy app

Not very impressed with the app it has major glitches that needs to be fixed.
  • Disappointed

This app has almost none of the features that you can use on your PC. I think it would be really helpful if you could scan your receipts from this app. That would make it extremely useful.
  • Can’t scan receipts

  • Easy Transition

Great transition from web app to phone. The updates feel great and I’m looking forward to the service that comes with it.
  • Mileage tracking

I’d love the option to track mileage in real time, instead of needing a different app or manual entries.
  • Website works better

  • I wish I had not stopped using QuickBooks

Very clunky, not intuitive, lacks basic integration and functionality that you would expect. This thing needs a lot of work!
  • Not as good as other apps

Some of the features on here are confusing and they need more ways for your customers to pay you beside credit or debit cards. Need to fix the pay now button so that when you send an invoice from your phone it’s attached.
  • Basic and simple- just what i need - and then not

Cash flow is incorrectly recognized-and support is unable to correct this -

Had great support in the beginning but have had a few changes of accounts responsible persons.

Annual reports are generated automatically but before i had finalized the last transactions- unable to get a new set of reports -

I am afraid i will have to consider a change to another system and request a refund if these issues are not addressed appropriately.

The lack of receipt capture by picture is surprising in this times of technology and smartphones

I do not understand how this have been left out by the development scope.
