Have been trying without success to to activate this process. It worked when I had my iPhone 12 but now I have iPhone 14 it no longer works. So annoying. Have countless times tried to log out and log in but it won’t recognise my new device. I have all my old devices listed but can’t see to delete them to save any confusion in the hope that perhaps I had too many devices listed. Contacted Securitas but they say it’s the apps issue! Please resolve. Also when you click on the app page the app support button does not work! 😡Show lessUltimo aggiornamento non funziona
iOS 17.1Lacks Key Features
The old Verisure app from 10+ years ago worked great. If someone in your home armed / disarmed you would get a push notification. Great for a sense check of comings and goings. Why the new app doesn’t do this is hard to understand. No one wants to look at the logs / timeline - just send a push notification if someone does something. Far better!
Also - buggy remembering your login details and the scheduler rarely disarms at the exact time you set. Usually a random 3-6 mins after.
Room for improvement Verisure!Show lessQuestion rather than review
We have 2 systems - one in the uk and one in portugal. Is there a way of having both systems on one app? Or a way to download the app twice so we can monitor both properties from our phones without having to continuously log in and out of each system? This would be very useful and I would appreciate if the developers of the app could look into this for us.Show lessNo push notifications for setting by keypad
The app is useful. But:
1. Push notifications only sent when disarmed (with the proximity key fob) but NOT when armed on exit using the 4-button keypad. Obviously it can’t identify the user but it should send a push notification to say: “Alarm activated by keypad (user unknown)”. Customer Service confirmed this is a limitation of the app.
2. The English translations in the Spain app are wrong. It uses incorrect words like “connected” when actually it means alarm is “armed” or “set”. Please correct the translation. The alarm should be “connected”, ie with power and communications all of the time whether the system is armed or disarmed.Show lessApp is useless...
Tried to log into the app and it blocks me with 2FA, that I didn't ask for. Tried 10 times to get it to send me a code and it doesn't send so can't log into the app. This is a terrible thing if you were away from your home and can't control your alarm!?Mala actualización
Gracias. Un saludoFailed fundamentals- No Notifications
The original system and app had the one thing that I feel is most fundamental and easiest to program and that’s notifications when the alarm is enabled and disabled.
Sadly, when I updated my alarm system to the latest version, the notifications then stopped on both this app and the previous app. Surely notifications is the most basic of functions.
Even after speaking to Verisure support on several occasions they assured me this issue would be resolved, but alas it still hasn’t and it’s been 2 years.Show lessFrom bad to worst!
The previous app was already awful and yes, they manage to make a new one even worst! I own 4 laundries all of them with Securitas Spain using this app to view the cameras and I can tell you is no good. Please make user the interface simple and the app stable! It’s crashing one a day.
