    Had no problems at all
    Was worried as have a dog but everything works perfectly as it should
    I love being able to check on my home while I’m out. Would defo recommend this for home security

  • Not been able to set/unset my alarm from U.K

    This App is completely useless to me. I’ve been a client for over 7 years, always been able to turn on /off my alarm on my home in Spain from the U.K- not any more! Massive inconvenience to me, especially during Covid & not being able to travel! Can’t let the gardener in who doesn’t have a smart key, so Im paying for my key holder to attend & paying Verisure for a system I can’t use- not happy at all. Then Verisure are responding to my emails by saying they’ve tried to contact me & what is the best number to reach me on, a number they’ve had for 7 years & is stated clearly on the App mobile 🤔 No one has rung my mobile😡

  • needs more improvements

    disorganized app, the old version was better.
    Photo’s take too long and you can only see one camera then you need to wait 90 seconds to see the next. By the time you look at 3 cameras your is robbed and the thieves are long gone!
  • Developper please read

    This new app does not let me use many features because the house is in France and my phone number is British. I have been client since 2016. A big advantage of Verisure was that I could use the app to manage the security of my holiday place in France which I could do with the old version. The new app however does not recognise my my international phone number and consequently I cannot access several features in the app such as activate a badge which I could previously in the older app version. Developers please fix this issue. I am sure other clients like me are facing the same issue.

  • Hopeless messaging withon app

    I cannot believe there is no record of a message sent to the company. At tge very least one would expect a date/time to be recorded and preferably a copy of the message retained
  • Janky but works

    It does the job, but you have to ignore the misleading error messages (eg complaining about network connectivity problems if you try to set a password that’s too long for them to handle, or tell you there’s an “error” when in fact you just need to log in). You also have to do without the smoothness of an app where screen elements don’t jump about as the page loads

    The worst app I have ! Takes ages to open. And the only thing it has to manage is the house s alarms.
