This is a pathetic app. I get locked out every 3 to 4 weeks! Makes it terribly, terribly difficult to take care of business remotely with this bank. They need to redo it from the top to the bottom! We have a family business and I do all the deposits of the checks— something around 10 to 18 checks monthly. We live three hours from a brick and mortar Vectra Bank so this is how I do my depositing. The alternative… Of course… Is to have a machine at my home and pay $40 plus a month for the use of it. Terrible app.
