TIME TRACKING
Heartland's Time and Attendance system was built with payroll in mind. Employees can track time directly on their mobile device, which syncs with payroll systems ensuring hours are reported accurately and efficiently. With compliance features built in, we make it easy for your employer to keep up-to-date with local labor laws. Other time tracking features include GPS for timesheets, real-time exception notifications to supervisors, tracking paid/unpaid breaks, tips and more all to ensure employee paychecks are accurate and timely.
EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVICE
Heartland's Employee Self-Service makes it easy to manage your employee information on a device that’s always with you. Employees will have access to W-2 documents, control their direct deposit information, change tax deductions/withholdings, and update address information.
MANAGE YOUR SCHEDULE
Heartland's scheduling software makes it easy to build and manage employee schedules. To get started, your supervisor can simply drag and drop shifts to open time slots. The moment a new shift is published, a new job is scheduled, or any changes are made to an existing schedule, everyone in the team will be up-to-date with real-time notifications.
REQUEST TIME-OFF
Employees can quickly book time-off directly from your mobile device. Managers can stay on top of employee availability by viewing requests in real-time and approving or rejecting requests.

It took nearly an hour to get to my profile. The temporary password doesn’t work. When I finally got in, it had my name but no onboarding process was found. I had to go through multiple verification codes to finally be able to change the password. ALL but one (suspicious) review states how awful this app is. I had to force my internet security to allow me to access the website.
