Chinese knockoffs
I messed up. Believed some Chinese knockoffs of American Silver Eagles were real. They weren't. My Coin Ping Test and this app said BAD-nope fake.

This is a app is awesome. It really gives me confidence when buying silver and gold.
It works for American Eagles.
I purchased some Silver Eagles online that I was suspicious of and ran across this App on YouTube on Silver Slayers channel. I just received more suspicious Silver Eagles from EBay and I just tested these against known good silver eagles and yes it works. I even re did it a few times and yes the silver eagles were fake. That’s really bad that I had 3 deliveries from 3 different sellers all selling fake silver eagles.

Not accurate
I tested a know fake French 1841 5 francs coin and this app gave it a great rating even though it is not even silver.
Horrible app!
I tested this with a 90% Peace Dollar, a 40% silver Ike Dollar, and a 72% Mexican 109 Peso all using the same 90% silver setting; it tested 2 of 3 stars for each, meaning they all tested at 90% silver. I then changed the settings to match a 40% silver Ike, and again all 3 coins tested 2 of 3 stars.
