  • If no nearby sensor, this is useless

This app looked like the best app for seasonal allergies, but when I downloaded it, I discovered that the nearest pollen monitoring sensor was described in the app as “Very Far.” All it listed was a farm’s name, not even a state, so the only way I have a sense of just how far away the sensor was is that one of the listed trees in the ‘current pollen’ section does not grow in my region of the US. I could see by the interface that it would indeed have been a useful app, but without accurate pollen info it’s completely useless. I uninstalled it and installed an app that has much less in the way of useful features, but which actually has my local pollen information for the major US city I live in.
  • Really helpful app

I check this in the mornings so I know if it’s a good day to spend a lot of time outside. If it’s windy AND the levels are high, I know I’m better off inside. Very helpful!
  • Something is Off!

This app is supposed to be location based however for Tree pollens it lists Willow and Pine being high and Cedar/ Juniper and Oak being low. We generally do not have Willow or Pine in our area but profusely have Oak and Cedar/Juniper, which are very high right now. The “sensor” is off big time!!!
  • Clipboard snagging fixed

    (Updated review, rating, and title.)

The app was fine but when I opened it iOS notified me it had pasted from the clipboard.

Fortunately this has been fixed and I’m back to using the app.

I need to use it through my worst allergy season, coming up, to see if it works well for me but it looks promising. What I’ve seen so far tracks well with other folks I know with issues and their symptoms.
  • Had to uninstall and reinstall

Just to use journal had reinstalled and reinstalled every time, even with a hour.
  • Used to work so well

For about the past month or so the app shows everything at zero all clear. However in this part of Texas that is never the case. Hopefully this works out so I can go back to using the app.
  • This app is useless!

My third review after struggling with this app’s slowness, error messages, hanging, etc. for several months. I thought that by subscribing it would be better but it just got even slower and dumber. The newest bug: After a month or two of subscribing and tracking my history, I could not figure out why the historical graphs of pollen varies drastically from day to day. Then today I realized my nearest station randomly jumped from a few miles away to 40 miles away to...449 miles away. Which obviously is useless. But this means that all my data is lost or not tracked or not available to me. So what is the point of subscribing to see history and tracking symptoms? This is so silly! Has anyone even thought about how this is supposed to work?!

I'm sorry to hear that your experience has been buggy and slow. We're currently working hard to fix many of those bugs so sit tight!
  • Journal doesnt work

I love the depth of information on this app but the journal only works about 20% of the time. I was really looking forward to using the journal feature. Hopefully it gets better. Version 2.2.7
  • Where’s the Mt Cedar/Juniper counts?

Where’s the Mt Cedar/Juniper counts for my area? That is what I’m the most highly allergic to, and I know it’s high in Texas right now because I’m feeling really awful with itchy symptoms that I get at this time of the year every year.
The app says Juniper is at 0 right now. That cannot be accurate.
    Disappointed.
  • The Best

This is the best pollen app on any platform.
    ✅Breakdown of type of pollen
✅Levels of pollen forecasted per hour
✅Journal to record how you’re feeling on a particular day along with the pollen data for the day so you can share with your doc/allergist
    Outstanding work!
