Scam and worst customer service
Their app doesn’t properly work or send you notifications when you are to be matched in tournaments. You pay money to be in these tournaments and there is no recourse for app glitches on their end. Was in a tournament and made it to the finals and immediately lost because I didn’t press “ready up.” They expected me to play two games at once. I was in the middle of a game and they wanted me to start the final game. The other players are toxic and will try to get over on new players (happened to me a couple times early on). Their customer service is worse than McDonald’s! They are rude and don’t try to help you or look into issues. They will yell and type in caps and exclamation marks if you question them. They will not try to help you and eventually ignore your messages. Don’t waste your time or money.

Terrible site/ horrible management
I was a player on and off for a year. Players will say anything and everything under the sun and even death threats and they don’t do anything about it. I have been fined for responding to some players. You can only take so much. If you were on the street and some of these people came up saying these things to you? What would you do? I started not saying anything and reported players as they used the foul language and nothing was done. Once, they said they would fine him, but me also for replying. If you use “foul” language you can be fined. I wasn’t using any replying but they’vewere going to fine me! Insane!! I also was just banned again when the player reported he won and canceled the match. So I got 25 back and then I went into a another game. They locked my account and said I owe them and wouldn’t respond if I paid that’d they would unlock my account. Absolute garbage. Trash. Very unfair. Same rules DO NOT APPLY TO ALL. Not to mention they don’t have PayPal or any form for payment system to withdrawal money besides

Not ready yet
Being a developer, I kind of get the vibe that this app didn’t have a dedicated UX guy, Well if it does, it probably doesn’t have a dedicated QA person. This thing is not functional beyond signing up, at least not on my iphone 8. I love the idea though, will try again once fixed.
Player levels (madden)
It’s so ridiculous that these “rookie tournaments” are for only players who are levels 1-2. If you’re a level 3 you’re screwed no matter what. You get less tournament opportunities, and the tournaments they do have are packed with 64 people who are levels 4-5. The problem is that it’s so easy to get to level 3, I went from levels 1-2-3 in back to back games, and people who make it to level 4 are usually legit. On Saturdays there’s no tournaments for level 3 players. So flawed every way you look at it. So your options are either play causally, or put all your time into madden because there’s not a home for the causal players who are above average.

They took my money
I heard about this app from a friend and he convinced me it was legit but when I try to deposit my money it would just freeze. I almost got in I paid my deposit and everything but it sent back to that stupid menu where you can’t click on anything but the trial or deposit when I tried to log in it wouldn’t do anything when I try verify it and I was gonna pay another 10 dollars but I had picked the pay pal option on accident and now the visa option won’t even pop up

bring back APEX
Hey, please bring back apex legends. Custom games and 1v1s are now and have been possible for many seasons. Now that you guys have the app functioning, you guys should try to bring it back since killraces can still be a thing (even though they were kinda terrible in season1) but please look into adding apex back, it’s definitely doable. The way to keep track of the scores is to have a stream, or a clip of every round, or consistent screenshots of the downed player. There could be first to 5 and first to 10. And a custom amount, so please. Please bring back apex.
